Chad A. Ritchie
Attorney at Law
Chad is the founder and sole shareholder of the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd. and has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. Chad has a passion for providing Proper Estate Plans to RLO clients. He and the RLO Team take great pride in RLO’s Client-First culture.
Chad is a lifelong resident of McLean County growing up on a farm near Colfax, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science, then obtained his law degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2002. Chad lives in the Downs area and is married to his wife Kara and loves watching his two children, Addison and Jackson, play sports. Read more about Chad.

Amy Stumpf
Office Manager
With previous management experience, Amy plays a key role in keeping the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd. running smoothly and efficiently as its Office Manager. She’s passionate about helping clients and assisting her team with Estate Planning and Administration matters, ensuring that each client receives attentive service.
Amy was raised in Central Illinois and relocated to Bloomington to attend Illinois State University. She graduated from Illinois State University in 2007 with a bachelor's degree in Communication Studies and a minor in Sociology.
Outside of work, Amy is a proud mom to Mia, Emersyn, and Maddox. She loves spending her free time watching her children play sports and participate in school activities, balancing her professional responsibilities with a busy and fulfilling family life.

Jayda Kimura
Summer Intern
Jayda is a Summer Intern at Ritchie Law Office, Ltd., where she supports the RLO Team by assisting with administrative tasks, client communications, and estate planning. She is excited to gain hands on experience in a professional legal setting and appreciates RLO’s welcoming environment.
Jayda is an honors student at the University of Southern California, double majoring in Intelligence & Cyber Operations and Law, History, & Culture. She is also on the pre-law track and specialises in Digital Forensics. She is passionate about justice, equity, and the intersections of law and technology. Outside of work and academics, Jayda enjoys travelling all over the world, with her most recent trip being to Guatemala!
