Chad A. Ritchie
Attorney at Law
Chad is the founder and sole shareholder of the Ritchie Law Office, Ltd. and has been practicing law for nearly 20 years. Chad has a passion for providing Proper Estate Plans to RLO clients. He and the RLO Team take great pride in RLO’s Client-First culture.
Chad is a lifelong resident of McLean County growing up on a farm near Colfax, Illinois. He graduated from Illinois Wesleyan University with undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science, then obtained his law degree from Southern Illinois University in Carbondale in 2002. Chad lives in the Downs area and is married to his wife Kara and loves watching his two children, Addison and Jackson, play sports. Read more about Chad.
Kathy Jensen
Paralegal
Kathy is extremely detailed and organized, working closely with Attorney Chad A. Ritchie to make sure all Estate Planning documents are drafted in a timely manner. Kathy sends each client an “Executive Summary” of the details of their Estate Plan after they have met with Chad. Kathy will also follow up with clients prior to the client’s next scheduled meeting. Kathy earned her paralegal certificate to complement a criminal justice/sociology degree. Originally from the St. Paul, Minnesota area, Kathy doesn’t mind snowy winters until March and enjoys spending time reading, crafting, or hunting down “treasures” at antique stores and summer markets.
Amy Stumpf
Executive Assistant
Amy serves as Executive Assistant to Chad Ritchie and provides assistance to Chad and the team - mainly supporting Administration files. Amy loves to help and enjoys working with clients and her teammates. Amy grew up in Central Illinois and earned a bachelor’s degree in Communication Studies with a minor in Sociology. Amy has previous experience in management and leadership. Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her three children and her fiancé.

Jeanne Stribling, our Client Services Coordinator, is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our clients. With more than 5 years of experience in managing small online businesses, Jeanne has developed exceptional organizational skills that she applies to every aspect of her work. Whether she's on the job or off the clock, Jeanne's love of charts and graphs is never far behind - she's always looking for new ways to visualize data and improve processes. When she's not crunching numbers and improving systems, you can find Jeanne indulging in a good book or collecting new project management systems.
